2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds or cancellations in the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want or need the guide after completing the payment.

3. Eligible Exceptions & Technical Support
We want to ensure you receive what you paid for. We will provide full technical assistance or alternative delivery under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, please email us with proof of both transactions (Transaction IDs / Payment Receipts). Once verified, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
